Eh, I've been watching my saturated fats.. & I'm so jealous of that goldish-copperish crowntail guy in your pics 'cause he has the light-eye thing going on that I do! NO FAIR! Er copyright infringement *Flare*... PS: My human really digs your page!! :)
I love the article on flare buddies. Mine are kept in tanks a few inches apart and they have plants to hide behind, but I still wondered if they were stressing themselves out too much. When I moved them all REALLY far apart, all they did was stare at me until I put them back. It's similar to when I try and fast them, they're like, "Hey aren't you usually feeding us by now?" I think they're so mischievous they love harassing each other, because once they get bored after a few minutes, they just hide under their aquarium bridges or in a plant. But that's not going to kill them, is it?
Thanks for the add! I love your website, all of the info is great. I will have to post pics of my fin-babies when I can get my digital camera fixed. lol. I also love your merch on Cafe Press - plan to purchase one of those t-shirts soon!
Thanks and keep up the good work!
Thanks for the add and comment Christie!! Your site is great and has tons of useful info. It's perfect for me to refer to when I have questions. I have two bettas and there is so much to know.
Here are my Jack & Jill. :-)
Would love to see some pics of yours!
Have a great nite!
You have a beautiful and informative space. Thanks! I especially like your suggestions about a larger tank, filter, heater, etc. So many people keep me in tiny cramped little spaces. The pictures on this space are so pretty!
