I love the article on flare buddies. Mine are kept in tanks a few inches apart and they have plants to hide behind, but I still wondered if they were stressing themselves out too much. When I moved them all REALLY far apart, all they did was stare at me until I put them back. It's similar to when I try and fast them, they're like, "Hey aren't you usually feeding us by now?" I think they're so mischievous they love harassing each other, because once they get bored after a few minutes, they just hide under their aquarium bridges or in a plant. But that's not going to kill them, is it?

Thanks for the add and comment Christie!! Your site is great and has tons of useful info. It's perfect for me to refer to when I have questions. I have two bettas and there is so much to know.
