Really looking forward to seeing some changes around this city by someone like "us". Who cares about the stupid car issue!! Let's clean up the East side, (Paseo and beyond)! Best of luck!
Could you make Craig Ferguson of "The late late show with Craig Ferguson" an official citizen of Kansas City. He has been trying to get them from all over the country, and none of the cities that have him so far are as big as we are.

While I no longer am a Kansas City resident, I am the child of two people who did vote for you, and a sister of another Funk supporter. I know you'll do a bang up job, and clean up the city politics. There's a reason I kept telling my friends from KC that they had to vote for you, and I'm glad they did. KC, my town, needed a change, and you are that change.
Congratulations Mr. Mayor! It does me good to see someone with a CLUE, with a finger on the pulse of the people, and with a sense of humor get into office. What makes it better is that I voted for him. I'm proud of myself and Kansas City for making the right choice!
Congrats Mark...if you ever need the help of a first class computer geek (or a country band for that matter) just give me a shout. It'd be an honor Sir!
I would like to extend my congratulations to Mr. Funkhouser. I feel he will do a great job as mayor and help continue our growth in the 21st century. As a citizen of Kansas City and a representative of 600 people supporting light rail, I hope to see you move forward in building a light rail system in our city. The system will help reconnect the different districts of the city, and will help generate growth in all areas where track is laid.
Good luck and Godspeed to you Mr. Funkhouser.

Hopefully we can get a sports team of some kind to commit to the Sprint Center though.
Thanks for being there for us, and can't wait for the next four years!
