   The Election Geek's Blurbs
About me:
The proprietor and founder of www.ElectionGeek.com a Web site devoted to the United States electoral process. Sure it's a thankless, shameless and some might say needless job, but someone has to do it. I became interested and active in the political process not so long ago, studied political rhetoric as a graduate student, built Web sites for a few years both personally and professionally and then finally decided to devote some free time to following the 2008 Presidential election by combining the knowledge of both into one little place on the Web.
Who I'd like to meet:
People who are interested in politics, the political process, those who like to follow the news, those who like to mix their poli sci with computer sci and of course hose who visit www.electiongeek.com and enjoy.

AMERICA IS ADDICTED TO OIL!

Unimaginable human suffering and mass animal extinction from global warming.

A national security nightmare brought on by dependence on foreign oil.

A peak oil crisis threatening economic collapse.

You choose the reason...

The time to ACT is NOW!

THANKS FOR THE ADD!

We would appreciate anyone who becomes a friend of Dawn and helps with getting the word out about her upcoming video release of How We Die. This was the last song Dawn recorded prior to losing her battle with Cancer on March 28, 2007

Dawn’s twin sister Sherrie accepts The Geri Lester Heroes of Breast Cancer Courage Award – In Memory from the Karmanos Cancer Institute on Dawn’s behalf in the video recorded on October 22, 2007.

You can view this award presentation on Dawn's MySpace page.

My Future, My America, My Voice, My Vote 2008

Thank you for adding MyFAVV 2008 as a friend! The election of 2008 will be a pivotal moment in the nations history, and with the help of networking sites like MySpace a more informed and energized electorate will go to the polls than ever before! The MyFAVV 2008 mission is to provide MySpace users with a convenient place to find unbiased information and helpful links to register to vote, see up-to-date poll numbers, and view candidate profiles to find out where they stand on the issues. www.myspace.com/myfavv2008 hopes to serve as a non-partisan platform for candidates and their supporters to present issues and ideas directly to MySpace users throughout the election campaign, and encourage friends to debate opinions through comments and a forthcoming group and forum. Thank you for supporting MyFAVV!

APRIL 25th- MYSPACE OBAMA FUNDRAISER
Do you want Obama to be the next President? If so, you need to give. Why not start with $25.00. On April 25th, we will make history by holding the first ever grassroots myspace Presidential fundraiser for Barack Obama. It's not good enough to blog about him. It's not good enough to put a bumper sticker on your car. The FACT of reality is that it takes money to run...LOT'S OF MONEY. For the price of two tickets to a bad movie in a major city you can actually help change the country. You found out in 2000 that each vote does count- well each dollar counts too. Go to his site http://www.barackobama.com/ on April 25th and give. You'll be glad you did!...PASS THIS ALONG!!!
