About me:
We want change. How do we make change?
We want to participate in our government. How do we participate?
We know that the way we elect candidates is not democracy. How do we make it democracy?
Three in four of us nationwide want Fair Elections. How do we make Fair Elections happen? Fair Elections takes the money out of politics; it is public-financed elections, like Maine has had for years. In Maine they have health care for all with a prescription drug plan, because they have Fair Elections. They call it Clean Elections.
The Idaho Fair Elections Act will be in the Senate State Affairs Committee in 2008. We can make democracy happen by asking seven Senators on the State Affairs Committee to send the Idaho Fair Elections Act to the Senate.
Then we can ask all the Idaho Senators to vote Yes for Fair Elections. Then we can ask the House to vote Yes for Fair Elections. Then we can ask the governor to sign the Idaho Fair Elections Act.
