well i dropped out of school and now I'm working in an up scale country club kitchen, working my way up through the ranks becoming a chef. I started doing lunches last summer and in the past couple months I've moved up to grill, then trained in my replacement and am replacing our saute cook who is leaving us in a couple weeks.

I'm also addicted to buying new kitchen toys now
