I started my life amongst the beauty of the Riviera dei Fiori, in a land that will forever beckon me.. yet never be able to sustain me. My mom and dad moved us to California in the late 70's where I was raised bicultural. Later on, I fell in love with yet another culture and language, along with the man that came with it. { te quiero }
We are raising our daughter to be trilingual. She inspires me to be a better person.
Last year, we embraced a new adventure in moving from California, my home of 30 years, to Alabama.
Alabama is beautiful.
But, I miss California. I miss the ocean and the fog.
I'm learning to appreciate BBQ.
and am having a difficult time accepting the religious hypocrisy and the political ignorance.

Hey Zia, How are you? I had my interview today. I have a second interview on Friday so hopefully thats a good thing. ^^ I think it went pretty well so. How's Frankie?
I NEED YOUR PARTICIPATION! First of all, I want to thank everyone for all the wonderful messages that I receive on a daily basis. I try my best to answer all of them as soon as I can, so please be patient with me.
I hope everyone had a wonderful summer. I spent the summer writing and translating songs for my upcoming CD. I'm so excited I can't wait till February when my first single comes out. I would also like to bring back some classic standards and for that I need your help. I need all of my friends to send me a list of songs, standards or romantic pop that you would like to see come back. Hopefully, songs that have not been recorded in the past 10 years. I will than pick the top 10 from your submissions and have you vote again. I can't think of a better way of extending our friendship than to share part of the process of creation with my new friends. I am looking forward to your participation.
