Here's an icon that you may recall from days gone by, which I have modified.
I read somewhere, that the original "peace symbol", demonstrated some of it's authors' despair from the lack of world peace, and hence the extended arms that hang down.
It has also been said by others, that the original "peace symbol" represents the devil's sentiment toward the cross of Christ, by breaking the outstretched arms.
My alteration incorporates uplifted arms praising God, that He has provided a cleansing of sin, demonstrated by the fact of the resurrection, by His Son, the Prince of Peace.

What does that mean?
Surrender to God's will for your life, instead of living for yourself
(and the devil).
So why would I use the name "Jesus is Lord"?
It is my conviction that there are some who may believe in Jesus, but are lacking having made the statement "Jesus is Lord". That being the case, perhaps they may say it if they read it:
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
