ONCE UPON A MATTRESS Book by Jay Thompson, Dean Fuller and Marshall Barer, Music by Mary Rodgers, Lyrics by Marshall Barer, Directed by Terra Taylor
Featuring: Dorrie Braun, Thomas Colby, Jason Coosner, Christina Ferraro, Hesley Harps, Samuel Isaacs, Reid Lee, Michael McAdam, Tracy McBurnett, Daniel McLaughlin, Carrie Poppy, Robert Tafoya & Penelope Yates.
Once Upon a Mattress is a hilarious re-telling of the classic fairy tale, The Princess and the Pea. Queen Aggravain has ruled that no one in the kingdom shall marry until her son, Prince Dauntless, finds the perfect princess. Little do the ladies in waiting know, Aggravain has made it impossible for anyone to succeed in winning her son’s hand. Aggravain meets her match, however, in the delightful Princess Winnifred (better known as “Fred”) and develops an elaborate scheme to get rid of her. Will she succeed? Come see the show to find out!!
