Most people think that all CRAWFISH are created equal. That is not true. Due to variations in diet and environment, there's a marked flavor difference between shallow - and deep-water CRAWFISH. In Belle River, the water is deep, so the CRAWFISH have a much more mild flavor than those from swampy areas. Our SHRIMP are fresh from the waters of Dulac, LA.
