Welcome to myfilm! No, not ifilm. Not myfilm.com. MYFILM, brought to you by ATMG.

Have you ever wanted to be a part of truly unique experience? Do you enjoy movies? Ever wanted to make a movie? You've made a movie, but want to network with others? Have great ideas and are just waiting to scream them to the world? Well, that's what myfilm is for. It's YOUR movie made by YOU and others online just like YOU.

Here's the skinny: myfilm combines two of the coolest things on the internet... myspace and movies. We add you and others just like you to our profile. After we build a large enough user base, myfilm kicks off! You start by choosing your genre. The first week, through a series of blogs, you'll narrow down what genre the film is going to be by voting alongside others. After that, the process continues, but we can't give away too much just yet! Just know this, YOU and others just like you will be in charge of writing the screenplay, choosing the soundtrack, and perhaps even casting the film!

Once we get to the end of the creation process, ATMG will shoot the film that YOU and your online collaborators created. For this first go-round of myfilm, we've chosen the One-Take Film Festival in Wilmington, NC on April 27-29th as a platform to share your film with the world. The festival allows artists to create a 3-to-8 minute film within 24 hours without video editing. So keep that in mind when creating myfilm... and if myfilm is successful, we'll expand to other festivals! It all depends on YOU!
