    sorry about last thursday mate, I got stuck in brum for the whole day shopping with my better half, trust me even training with you lot of inbreds would of been better than that! haha

    I'm moving back down south on the 19th april for good so unless I can make it to a one off training session next thursday then I won't see you lot for a while, sorry mate
