About me:

Hi, my name is Noah. I am superb and I embody every facet of the words 'great,' 'remarkable,' 'extraordinary,' 'exquisite,' and 'grand.' I am also recovering from a 25-year affliction with delusions of grandeur.

Genesis:

It all began quite ambiguously. I popped into this world in a way so incredible only the doctors and nurses in the delivery room will attest to the truthfulness of my story. In fact, my own mother is skeptical because she was not in the most convenient position to watch it happen. But, nevertheless, it did happen. I sprung to life like a blossoming rose, greeting the sun as the droplets of morning dew slowly rolled off of my perfectly symmetrical petals. Once my eyes had spied the light, there was no turning back. I proceeded to do back handsprings, front flips, and aerial cartwheels down the hall of the hospital until I had won my very own Olympic gold medal.

Aside from delusions of grandeur, I also suffer from the inexplicable urge to stretch the truth to a height far exceeding the tallest tall tale. My tale is a tale so tall I make Paul Bunyan and John Henry green with envy. But I have never stretched the truth further than an above-average human being could nor will my tale ever be taller than the tallest.

No, it’s true. I am not exceptional, nor am I grand. I am just one of the many; one of the wayward fellows trying to lay claim to what is rightfully his (and yet belongs equally to everyone else.) My name is Noah and I am an average human being, living life at an unexceptional age, laying claim to nothing particularly fascinating, and offering nothing new that has not already been offered before. If I interest you, then I urge you to read further, as you will find yourself delighted with my mediocre memoirs, lackluster epiphanies, and insipid/pretentious reflections.

In all seriousness, three things make my life worth living:
1. My beautiful fiancé, Nanda.
2. Music.
3. My family, friends, and students.

Mr. Wilson during the day, Mr. Muffins at night.
I am a musician by trade and a kid with foresight.
I compose jazz-rock vignettes for the band, Lairmonét.
I walk and I jog. I laugh and I play.

Imagination - my outlet. No booze and no drugs.
I give my life freely, for love and for hugs.
When I am asked: "Is this a dream or just me?"
I smile and nod: "This is (my) reality."

I love Mrs. Muffins -- what can I say?
My life is near perfect, not trite or cliché.

So I will leave you with this, a hug or a kiss.
To those whom I love and those whom I miss...

XOXO,
Noah (Mr. Muffins)

"I looked for God, I went to a temple, and I didn't find Him there. Then, I went to a church, and I didn't find Him there. And then, I went to a mosque, and I didn't find Him there. And then finally, I looked in my heart, and there He was." ~Rumi

My bands: Lairmonét, Mr. and Mrs. Muffins, Poland, Kids on Bikes, Johnny Astro, Alessandra Rose, Ted Wallis, Calling Carmella, and Laguna!

"Love is like a plane, let's fly it.
A bubble in the sky, let's burst it.
A bicycle for two, let's ride it.
A film starring just me and you" - Beaumont
