GeneralWhere to start? Human and Natural History, Art, Architecture, especially any Western or European influences. Totally nuts about greek mythology.
BooksAlmost any tolerably written historical fiction, fantasy, some sci-fi. If I'm feeling a bit trashy I'll pick up some Mario Puzo,or Anne Rice. My repeat reading list includes the Sherlock Holmes stories, Homer, Jane Austen, JRR Tolkien, Ken Follett, Melanie Rawn, some later era Star Wars novels, and so much more. I like to read...LOTS!
HeroesAngelina Jolie - for her independence and total attitude, having a cool first name, being hideously rich and trying to save the world at the same time. Scoring Brad Pitt was just the cherry on top. :P
Not much really. Not going to go into my life story...nooo.
First off, I'm Canadian, and it reflects in the way I speak, think, act and view the world around me. And I gotta tell you; The rest of the world is a pretty cool place too. ;)
I'm kinda rather well known in the miniature painting community as an award winning figure painter. Just google "saxonangel" or "Angela Imrie" and there should be variety of hits. That's right; painting little toy soldiers about an inch tall. If you've seen the movie "40-year old virgin", you know what I'm talking about.
This peculiar obsession of mine came as a result of being a roleplayer, stuff like "Dungeons and Dragons" and "Talisman", etc. It's a little weird going to a large event like Gamesday and Gencon and having total strangers treat you like a celebrity. Ahhh, but only if I could get the money to match. ;)Check out the link and vote!
Who I'd like to meet:I'd like to meet a variety of the creative minds in the games and fantasy industry, and of course Movie Stars too. Who doesn't want to meet them. :P
