Bobby Burns a.k.a Bartjay started out with one tapedeck, a turntable and collecting 12" vinyl. Becoming the local hero at the age of 15...Played the latest beats on the 105.1 FM radio station. In 1998 he became resident dj at the Sinners in Amsterdam, played every mondaynight @ the Supperclub in Amsterdam and many clubs followed. In 1999 he had a gig at Innercity, the biggest indoorfestival in the Amsterdam RAI. In 2000 he played primetime on Dancevalley, holland's biggest outdoor festival. Later that year he played at the Miami WMC @ club Crave, and many other bookings across the globe. In 2002 he got caughtup in the studio, delivering 5 singles for the dutch Groovy Tunes label, picked up by dj's like Sander Kleinenberg, Erick E and Brian S to name a few. Due to personal circumstances Bobby Burns layed down the dj-ing and producing activities in 2004. But last year he picked up the pieces and turned on his studio, now he's ready to drop his latest single on the notorious dutch label called Samsobeats, owned by Sidney Samson and Gregor Salto.
