| General | I'm just all sorts of excited about the following things:
Travelling. anytime, to anywhere, by any means of transportation... I just love that shit...
Outdoorsy Tree-hugger Stuff... Climbing, Hiking, Kayaking, Camping, Skiing, Snowshoeing... yup...
Intellectual Crap... Reading things... Discussing things... Losing chess games... all that stuff and nonsense...
Art Things... I'm a big fan of theatre design, which i'm actually pursuing a degree in, but i really dig photography too... and i was in orchestra, for, like, 12 years or something... Recently i've been getting really into digital art and graphic design, so we'll see what happens with all of that...

I really like cooking... I just don't get to do it that often as I don't usually have time... That, or my kitchen's trashed, which will also happen... Someday it will be clean though...
| | Music | In my world, any walk of more than a block requires headphones... and working requires headphones... basically, i try not to get too attached to material things, but sweet jesus i love my iPod... in no particular order...
The Decembrists, Francophone, Sage Francis, MC Chris, The Beatles, Mozart, The Postal Service, The Bran Flakes, The Flaming Lips, The Shins, Black Heart Procession, The Wiseguys, Ben Folds Five, Ben Harper, Johnny Cash, The Violent Femmes... and so on, and so forth... | | Movies | Insert list of appropriately artsy and philosophical, yet well written and commercially packaged films here... Except Donnie Darko... I just kept waiting for the amazing, shocking, and life-changing movie that everyone had promised it would be to start... It never did. | | Television | I don't really watch television... actually, to be more specific, i don't watch television. I haven't for, well, years... I do however, own all the Family Guy DVDs... If I were to ever begin watching television, I would probably end up watching Cartoon Network and the History Channel more or less exclusively... Also, I recently developed an acute affinity for the West Wing. | | Books | I have a mild obsession with books... I have far more of them than I have space for, or can really afford... And yet, I just keep buying more... They're like crack... that's good for you... and educational to boot. Some of my favorites though, are The Fountainhead, Kissing in Manhattan, Tommy's Tale, Prague, The Winter Zoo, Samurai Cat Goes To Hell, Lady Chatterley's Lover, Yoga for People who can't be Bothered to do it, A Moveable Feast and, well... damn... much like the beat, the list goes on... | | Heroes | Robin Hood, Indiana Jones, Sean Connery |

Essentially, as should be gleaned from my headline, I rock... I think that pretty much sums that up... For those of you who don't know me, I mean that in the good natured and self-effacing way... Mostly...
