About me:
in In the year 1977 I was born in the city Leeuwarden with the name Jeroen Advocaat. As long as I can recall I have been painting and drawing. In June 1999 I graduated as an illustrator on the art academy Minerva in the city Groningen. After graduation I was working as a 3D computer animator in the company Tiktak Multimedia In Beetsterzwaag. In 2002 I started my own business with the name Centipede. From that moment on I offer my services to the public. My goal is to build a name for myself in the field of art. When I get an assignment I write a quotation first. In this way the client can see how much time I spend on making an artwork and it gives clear insights about the price.Who I'd like to meet:
People who are interested in my artwork www.jeroenadvocaat.com ,Evolution With this painting I graduated in June 1999 from art academy. The illustration is 306 cm long. You can read the image twice from the left to the right. In the "middle" of the story the strip on the top merges into the lowest strip. This painting was endlessly scrolling in my scrolling machine. The machine started scrolling if you put your hand above the heat sensor. The endless repeating image gave the suggestion that space is every time repeating the same structures on a different scale, like a fractal.
