About me:
My job is to simplify our lives through purging unused or unneeded stuff from our daily existence. This not only eases our stress level it also recycles by giving others a chance to purchase our gently used materials. The feeling one gets from cleaning and organizing is like a burden being lifted from your shoulders.
You can make a nice water bong from a CD holder, tubing and stem. Reuse little plastic pots for next years grow. If you can get your hands on big buckets those work great for planters (they even have handles). Make a power hitter out of a water bottle. A simple trip to Wally's World and you should have most of what you need to make your own smoking devices and not pay high $$$ at head shops.
Save your trimmings and make either kief or hash. U Tube has lots on step by step video's on how to.
Other things to do that are inexpensive, and help the planet are: compost, wash in cold water, line dry, insulate your water heater, buy a timer (called a little gray box) for your water heater, replace your old lights with cfl's, replace flood lights with low wattage motion sensors, install a programmable thermostat, use grey water, only do full loads of dishes and then use the energy saving cycle, bike or walk instead of driving, recycle, reduce, reuse, always turn out a light when you leave the room, car pool, etc.
