1)Purpose:

To insure that NOCA is recognized as the outside representative for Gods and Earth's in every State that counts us as prisoners,convicts,detainees,etc.

To ensure that the D.O.C. in every state will consult with NOCA in regard the care of Gods and Earth's in thier care and custody

..3)Goal:..

To insure that the N.O.G.E. and D.O.C.S. can establish a working relationship. To insure that acknowledgment of the N.O.G.E. as a God Centered Cultural Nation be the primary policy view adopted by the D.O.C.S.

..4)Purpose:..

The N.O.G.E. awaits a decision in the Intelligent Tareef Allah case. We have for many years sought legitimacy and acceptance on our own terms from the government and its various departments. They continue to mislabel us. The Department of Corrections is no different. Contrary to Revisionists history the N.O.G.E. has never been and is not now a "Gang". Neither are we a splinter group, renegade Muslims or any other labels wrongfully given to us by others. Rather we are as we have defined ourselves a GOD CENTERED CULTURAL NATION. As any other Nation, Group or even religion we choose to see God from our own unique perspective. We have made it clear that we teach that the BLACKMAN IS GOD. We are neither Pro Black or Anti White. We contend that the Truth of God that we live, love and teach is neither racist or Black Supremacist rhetoric. We are simply Pro Right, Anti Wrong. Righteousness is simply the Foundation of the GOD CENTERED CULTURAL ISLAM we live and embrace. The D.O.C.S. has already accepted the Nation of Islam's teaching of our 120 degrees, legally via Muhammad Vs Coughlin a 1997 civil case. The very same lessons and literature are embraced from a Cultural Perspective by the N.O.G.E. as opposed to the religious Perspective of the N.O.I. The D.O.C.S.allows Christians the Bible that classifies non-Christians as heathens and gives them a church and outside ministers. It does the same for Catholics. The .. ......

Through this Proposal and formation of the National Office Of Cultural Affairs, the N.O.G.E. has not only opened the door to dialogue but also to a resource center of truthful information about our righteous Nation. We will no longer allow the negative mislabling of our Nation to go unchallenged. That mislabeling has hurt our Nation both in and out of prison. However NOCA's message to our imprisoned masses is that you are not alone. We are aware of the persecution you suffer from and stand with you to stop it. NOCA has legal manual's for both the State and Federal prisoners available at the cost of $2.00. NOCA has legal packages for DOCS that gives them knowledge about our Honor Days and Cultural requirements.
