WE are undergoing cosmetic changes as a custom Tattoo & Piercing Studio , the staff you have come to TRUST is and will remain the same for years to come. Myself,(Tattoo Artist)Skip Sampson, along with (Body Piercer)Dee Mckinzie and (*insert silent partner here*) :) have recently taken Moniques Ybor under our wing and are going to take it to the next level. We are going to slowly change the name to ~1603 Tattoo & Piercing Co., with a fresh new look and new ideas to compliment our vast clientle base.
