About me:

Class Breakdown: Classes are set in 4 blocks of half hour each.

First block reviews last classes new content, drills it, then drills escapes from any subs learned.

Second block is all upright. Focus mit and Thai pad work, Fully padded striking and block/evasion drills, movement drills and incorporates clinch/takedown lessons and drills.

Third Block is back to the grapple with all new content. It rotates through all positions and intermittently has a submission focus day. We end class with beneficial drills to strengthen combat specific muscles and movements.

Fourth block is extra credit after class and involves 4-5, 5 min rounds with one min rest between.

Hard work yields hard people.

RWTB Black Belt Instructor Expert Status Jacob Kiefer available in the studio Monday and Tuesday Nights from 5:30 to 8:00 pm. Studio Hours are Mondays 4 pm to 8pm, Tuesdays 5 pm to 8 pm, Wednesdays 4 pm to 8 pm, Fridays 4 pm to 5 pm, Saturdays 10 am to Noon.
