I'm pretty much open to anything, but I'm most interested in rock, punk, and pop or alternative music. Some of my favorite bands include Taking Back Sunday, The Used, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Regina Spektor, etc. I also played the piano for about 10 years or so, so I have a huge appreciation for music. The music scene is a very comfortable atmosphere for me to work in when it comes to photography.Heroes
My heroes are everyday people who inspire, motivate and encourage me to do what I do. These people include my family and friends and all of those who help me to be who I am. Also to all of my fashion design teachers at IADT.. I would never be where I am today if it wasn't for them. Thanks to all of you and I love you!

About me:
My name is Lauren, but most people know me as Liz or Lizzie. I just recently graduated from the International Academy of Design & Technology in Chicago with a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design. Art has always been my passion in life since I was old enough to hold a crayon or a camera. I always had an interest and experimented on my own with different mediums, but it was not until my freshman year at Centenary College when I took a photography class that I realized it was another passion of mine. Ever since then I have not been able to put down my camera, shooting everything from nature to fashion. I do not limit myself to any one path, but some of my goals include traveling the world to do freelance photography, and doing high fashion photography, as well as working in the fashion industry. I am an extremely dedicated, motivated and hard-working person, especially when it comes to what I truly enjoy... Please feel free to ask me more!
