About me:

I was raised in Allentown Pennsylvania by adoptive parents and met some of my family in 1976 and in 1980. I then left the states and was living in the middle east, fell in love moved to U.K. in 1982 and settled here, with a really lovely girl.We divorced for no fault of our own because some responsibilities and some work came up that I needed to do. This took me to Baghdad on Sept.7, 1988, then to Delhi, I traveled around India for a year and went back to U.k.. Then I was off to Israel, then Greece, where I spent nearly 2 years, before returning to the U.K. I have been to a bit of the U.S.A. in my childhood and growing up. Haven't seen much of the U.K. cause of projects but think its one of the most beautiful of lands. I have biological family here but don't get to speak to them much, and the other side of my family are in the entertainment industry and other interests. _____________________________________________________________________ Studied media especial. International and other types of film work since early childhood and always like to see good technical and all around work in many different genres I'm always interested and looking out for other peoples views on why a film is good in your opinion, and also other forms of media. My one love is horror films, I have to admit and would love to exchange views and films on the subject. I have been impressed with many University film and film council funded projects worldwide over the last 19 or so years and think that these are great things for the inspiring film makers of the future. The major studios works have different standards because of financial and other pressures that keep them mostly fun to watch, but the risk factors of exploration or chance taking..hmmm. They like to play it too safe for the investors etc. It is refreshing when they do release something out of these bounds and break with the overused or the competitions formulas compounded with the "can you top this",edge they try to get that really makes things just entertaining at most to that standard and not something that is exceptional in its originality. Of course this is my opinion. And if you find any films or other media that's neat to you drop me a line what you find cool about it.

Who I'd like to meet:

Bjork- and take her on a date to some of the natural wonders of the earth sciences in America like the Labrea Tar pits and glacier formations, rock pools, geysers, and would hope we could go to Iceland to see the Bubbling sulphur and mud puddles and a load of places she probably knows of to..see. I bet it would be well neat. To many to name... I'll think about it. Menahem Golen cause he knew my grandfather.---- Elizabeth Kubler-Ross- Whose work out of Harvard 1978 was some of the most brilliant On Death. Her work had led me to many others, and prepared me by the age of 15 for the inevitable everyone has to accept. Linus Pauling - Another Hero. And friend of Victors.----- Jack Klugman- Who I just think is a neat person.-------- Colonel Petrov- Thanks for averting W.W.3 back in 1983. A great man and my sentiments are with you!!!

Interests

  • General

Interests include Archaeology, medicine, military science, natural sciences, many -ologies.. films, books, (including made for T.V.) Horror is one of my favourite's. Writing films I never get paid for and comedy.Music, Song writing, poetry and creative writing. SHOGI is a top game and strategic gaming adventure etc. Sports interests include martial arts, Hungarian saber sword fencing, Cookery gastronomy, and good wines..And Sex... Prof. Rod Serling's stuff was a beginning for me, his lectures on Intelligent T.V. and advertising out of Ithaca is a brilliant study. Documentary that are intelligent, sourced, comedy, and a million different genres. No lovey dovey crap though.Check out the Night Gallery "the doll", for idiots dumb enough to possess them. The 7th Seal and the great milk add done by Malcolm Macdowell in A clock work Orange. Yea, I got a thing about milk by the way. P.C. Elder Scrolls series, masses of games and with most things I love to learn. Hate Chess, but love Shogi and many other board games. Its easier to list the few things I hate than all my loves..
  • Music

  • Movies

Too many to mention... Many different genres although love and romance are my most hated. I love good world cinema and Independent Film making, Anime and Manga are great, and many forms of animation and experimental film work is both fascinating and intrigues me. I loved the earlier work of Akira Kurosawa till he went into Mushy love stuff. Tech. still brilliant! Movie therapy was created by me in beginning of the 90s. I usually watch what I feel. Quentin Tarentino, Lucio Fulci the Pang brothers, Faces of death 1 and 2 which I think are poignant and then 3 and 4 are kinda commerc. bull. Lots of British films along these lines. Duado, Argento and the Italian genre masters, Takashi Miike is great, I feel all of you.
  • Television

Don't watch it. cause I'm usually studying films, music, or gaming.etc. Or writing other mainstream peoples..Busy on a terrible situ. project and am interested since 1983 how it turns out for everyone. My blogs kinda explain!!
  • Books

Paradise Lost, The Executioner Series; Remo and Chin, only.____ Erotica, text books, Classics, poetry, short stories, Hated Machiaveli's the Prince, though I studied it at 18. If ever I get through all the prefaces and refer. of War and Peace; I might like it. Read the Godfather in one night in 1977 and wept.. Great book... Hate Victor Hugo's Dr. Zhivago and the movie was even worse. Liked the Tibetan Book of the Dead it says a lot to many these days. Now I know who Tupac was since 2003, he even has the same reading list I had since the early 70s with a few books added. Of course that's just a basic list and doesn't cover the few 1000 I gave away and donated to Muhlenberg college library in Allentown.
  • Heroes

Lots...FOR PICTURES ETC. GO TO: My Space picts. Kinda gives you the idea. You can see some of my heroes, family etc, and some of my most hated and why. Bad when people make things so personal, and you were never supposed to be alive to hear of any of them. Shakur prooves you can't nick another persons personality or life when your own emerges and shows you for what you really are. He was one of the nastiest works on the planet. Cowards!!
