    Born in New Orleans, LA and growing up in the infamous Carrollton neighborhood Hollygrove (17th Ward,), as well as the Kenner City neighborhood Lincoln Manor, Vikta Numan has been a driving force in the Gulf South music scene for over 12 years. As a member of the critically acclaimed New Orleans Rap group Southern Dynasty Vikta Numan has been featured on a number of hits for Universal Records recording artist as well as regional hits for a slew of independent artist. Following the natural disaster, hurricane Katrina, in 2005 Vikta Numan was forced to roam stateside and nationally for a new home to create music. After living in the Bronx, NY, Los Angeles, California, St. Louis, MO & The Netherlands Vikta Numan finally settled back in New Orleans in 2011. During this time Vikta Numan perfected his new craft of music production. Currently blazing hot new tracks for a number of artists nationally and in the Louisiana music scene. Vikta has still maintained is razor sharp lyrical prowess that has made him an international super star with his group the Southern Dynasty. Constantly pushing the envelope with new sounds, song concepts, and vocals Vikta Numan has not subscribed to the cookie cutter mentality of most artists in today's music scene.
