I looked for information in the movie, and of coarse your usage the name makes any search for billy boogie and the music turn up some Dj results, but it may have just been made for the movie, by one of the guys in charge of the music: Robert Hein, Bill Martin, or Rich Schirmer. Or there is a thing I heard about where you hold a cell phone up to the radio and it finds what song it is. I don't remember what that is though.
