Ever since the age of 2 years old, Tierra Donyell Carnagey ( Bad Kitty ) knew what she wanted to be when she grew up and that is...a musician. Aside from her first words being momma or daddy ( like most children ) she basically came out of the womb singing. Inspired by a very musically inclined family who had produced two very well known local gospal groups and trained by her mother...she was blessed at an early age with the gift of voice and gift of brilliance. She began playing the drums at the age of 4, the piano at the age of 6 but it wasn't until the ripe age of 17 when she picked up her first guitar. Inspired by such bands as Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Stone Temple Pilots and Green Day, she decided to do what no one thought she could...and that's be a rock and roll star! With the lack of support from members of her own family, she decided to TEACH HERSELF how to play the guitar! Long hours and days she would spend trying to perfect her abilities BASICALLY all on her own! When everyone said "NO!" she said "YES!" When they said "she couldn't" she said "she could" and like the Bad Kitty she is, she clawed and scratched her way to the top of her goals, taking bumps and bruises along the way. If ever she fell, on her feet she'd land...shake her head straight and jump right back to where she was without any hesitation. Through struggles of being accepted, well liked or even acknowledged...she did what alot of those these days are afraid to do....and that's stay true to herself! From the way she dresses, plays, thinks or acts....from the way she moves, sings, cries or laughs....she is always herself. Never changing for anyone or caring for what they think, she continues to be one of the most rarest things in the world today...and that's a person who knows who they are. God made Tierra...the world made Bad Kitty...and now.......well, Bad Kitty is on the prowl! .. .. .. ...... .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. ..
