Feeding the bears, running with scissors, playing in the motorway, swearing in front of children, taking candy from strangers, sex, drugs and rock n roll.
But seriously...I like old dead crazy dudes - hence my long studying of archaeology. I also dig music. I prefer macintosh products over PCs. I like art, theatre, films and pub quizzes. I like dogs and cats. I love travelling and learning languages. I would rather live in the city than the country. I recently discovered the joys of Astrology, and I honestly couldn't live without my iPod. Honestly (unfortunately, it just died in the great iPod death of 2006. I'm learning to cope.).
Oh yah, and I am addicted to Starbucks.
Music
This is constantly changing and evolving, based on my mood and what I've got going on. Some constants are Elliott Smith, Green Day, Ben Folds, Tori Amos, Bach, Mozart, Robbie Williams (yah, yah, I know), Zero 7, Foo Fighters and Pink Floyd. etc. etc. But I listen to pretty much anything.
Movies
Trainspotting, the original Star Wars trilogy, and a list that goes on forever.
Television
Dexter, Ugly Betty, Father Ted, Flight of the Conchords, X-Factor, American Idol, Green Wing, 24, Dr. Who, Will & Grace reruns, Scrubs reruns, Sex and the City reruns, Torchwood, Gavin & Stacy, and I watch Lost and Prison Break with my boy, even though I'm not a huge fan.
Books
I like chick lit and historical fiction. Anything that will keep me occupied on the tube, but takes little concentration. ;o)
Heroes
Manolo Blahnik, Hadrian, Katherine Jenkins, Sarah Brightman, Andrew Lloyd Webber

I am an American ex-pat living in London. I've resided in Portland and Eugene Oregon, Pullman and Spokane Washington, a suburb of Philadelphia, Rome (as in Italy), Liverpool, Reading and London England. I like to move around, but consider London home now. I think I'll stay put for a while.
I think microbrew is way better than lager, and oh how I miss it so. I miss nothing from the US except my family, my dog, my best friends, drunken late-night taco bell runs and the Nordstrom half-yearly sale...and Microbrews. Heh.
I am a Cancer, Capricorn rising. I never really gave a toss until I met my husband. He taught me the ways of astrology, and I have learned a lot about myself, and others!
What else? Ich spreche deutsche. I like yoga, chocolate, playing the guitar, travelling, complaining about the weather, shopping for shoes I can’t/shouldn’t afford and drinking expensive cocktails. Starbucks is my not-so-secret addiction and I enjoy trying to talk to people who can’t understand me in German when I’m drunk.

Hey cuz, I just wanted to drop by and say that everything went well today. The service was very beautiful and there was a wonderful turnout, like that wasn't expected ; ), especially how much grandma was loved! Your recording was very nice and had people laughing at parts. Take care, and I hope to see you soon!
