Still crusty as ever I presume! How are things in your world? Been a long time since I've ran into you - but you are always a pleasure to talk to & play music with.

Friday, January 9th:
James Will and the Delusions of South Grandeur (Julia Sets, Xenophobe, Museum Mutters) http://www. myspace. com/museummutters

The Lettuceheads (members of Swing Set, David Lee and the House Rockers, Lydia's Trumpet, Three Fried Men, Aviation Club, the Painkillers, Three Fried Men, Swing Set, the Poppies, Bloody Ebson and...)

Last to Show, First to Go www. myspace. com/lasttoshowfirsttogo
9 p.m. to Midnight at the Schlafly Tap Room.

This old school review will be preceeded by a special event hosted by St. Louis musicologists and sometime scenesters Chris King (Three Fried Men, Enormous Richard, Eleanor Roosevelt and now the editor of the St. Louis American) and Thomas Crone (Webster prof, free-lance journalist, co-editor of 52nd City Magazine and KDHX host, programmer and producer) who will be "spinning" old local indie rock cassettes and CDs from their vast archives.

Local Indie Rock Swag Swap Meet, where all those bands with a sleeve of shrinkwrapped CDs of a dead band in their basement could get together and trade stuff. This includes bands with a box of dead rock band T-shirts or scenesters with a stack of 'zines he or she spent more time writing than promoting.

This will begin at 7 p.m. in the Eliot Room.

No cover charge, just come early to catch up with all you favorite aging rockers and rollers.

Participants should RSVP to Chris King at brodog@hotmail.com
