About me:
My name is John "Dr. Skinz" Chance. I am a 3rd generation Blue's Harmonica player for the Tattoo Blues Band formed in 1985 with Dave Chrome of The Bo Diddley Band and Eric Williams of the Family Stones and with Curt Sellers who was founded by John Hammond.also members of 38 Special and the allman bros. We have played all over the world and toured the circuit with everyone from Lyle T. West of Iron Butterfly and members of The Almond Brothers, Danny Joe Brown of Molly Hatchet, Steve Weber of The Fuggs and Holy Modle Rounders of the 60 who did the Easy Riders Sound Track, and many many more.
I am also a 3rd generation tattoo artist and have been tattooing for 32 years and tattooed everyone from Joan Rivers to Danny Bonaduchie. I have been featured in various magazine's from International Tattoo, Flash Tattoo, and Skin and Ink, etc, etc. I am the son of fammed Tatoo Artist Dominick Chance AKA Prof. Dom of New York City Tattoo the famous land mark book of the 50's. I am the nephew of actor Lenny Chance from the TV series Kojak.
I am a Blues Folk Rock song writter of 30 years and play the Harmonica, Guitar, and Mandolin. I am very passionate about music, art, Harley Davidsons, and old outlaw western hero's. If you remember the old southern rock band Doc Holliday on A&M Records who used to tour with The Outlaw's and Molly Hatchet, I designed the Band Logo and did all their tattoos in the late 70's.
