Thanks for the add. I truly respect what you are doing. I grew up on military bases and it was bad enough going to their schools. I stand in solidarity against the militarization of our youth in schools and universities. Keep the struggle alive.

Today June 3rd get out the vote to Defeat Proposition 98. The wealthy landlord’s deceptive scheme to abolish rent control, renter’s rights. June 3d is a very important day for the fate over a million California renters, our environment, and all homeowners and taxpayers. This dangerous scheme needs to be soundly defeated. What’s at stake? These wealthy landlords will make millions at the expense of seniors, single mothers, working families and others across the state. Thus, Tuesday, Proposition 98 – the dangerous landlords’ scheme – needs to be soundly defeated Prop. 98 is a deceptive scheme on the June 3rd ballot that would hurt renters, seniors, our neighborhoods, and our environment.
rent control will be phased out, no more rent control...renters now are given 60 days if the rent is going to be raised if they can't afford it they have to leave....now. landlords only give 3 days..and can raise the rent as high as they want...where as before there was a limit to what the rent can be raised yearly-
