This is the song I wrote just after getting hit by a truck while riding my bicycle to the 22nd. St. Bar last Friday night... True story!!!
...Artist (though I wouldn't expect you to beleive it, as most people who claim to be don't live up to it). Musician (Flute, guitar, vocals, drums, percussion). Songwriter (Lyrics are as important as any aspect of music...Non-musicians don't give a damn about complex 7th diminished chords to the second power, but they DO understand the english language). I went to phlem school, but I just couldn't hack it. I'm nocturnal by nature. Woman are the light of my life; most of my friends are crazy wacky broads. All of my friends are delightful cartoon characters. I never cry alone at night too often, but I smoke and drink and don't come home at all. I LOVE HORROR. Classic horror especially, or any facimile of it. I eat flesh, lots of flesh, rare, preferably still alive, though I'm not opposed to delicious cool crispy veggies. Did I mention that I love to cook? Sometimes I rock, sometimes I roll, but mostly I both Rock AND Roll. I think cell phones have opened the floodgates to an entirely new realm of rudeness. Winter provides many a glorious nights to drink whiskey. Clownish, I am, not much is sacred. I believe that most people hide behind the cross more than they actually bear it (for themselves and/ or for others). I'm very unapologetic about my atheism, which makes people think that I'm pushing such views...I have to remind them that atheism isn't about conversion; what would be the point of that? (See my blog ATHEISM: A PERSONAL ACCOUNT)That being said, where can I fill out an application for pope? I, here in New Orleans, survived hurricane Katrina and her aftermath, so what a category 5 hurricane doesn't kill, only makes stronger. I believe that the egg came before the chicken, and I can prove it. Ask me a question and I'll answer it to the best of my relative ability, just don't misinterpret. I fold puppy faces.
