Hey, they do shed a little, but if you keep them bathed, its not so bad, plus its long hair, so its easier to clean up. Find out from your landlord why you cant have a dog. If its because you didn't have on when you first moved in, you may be able to get permission from them and do an addendum that will allow it, If it was a new house when you moved in, never been lived in, they may not be willing to consider it. Trust me, speaking from ecperience, Im in Property Mangement, if they say no, and you guys get one anyways, just keep in mind that in the state of AZ a landlord or Property Manager has to give you 48 hrs written notice to enter the property, so you should have plenty of time to clean up the dog poop and hide everything, and make arrangements for the dog to be gone during the time frame they are planning on coming.
