Music
Music is emotion set in motion. I'm totally obsessed with it! I try to keep an open mind because there's usually some merit in just about everything but I tend to lean towards the old school rock stuff. Aerosmith, Zepplin, Thin Lizzy, Creem, AC/DC, Van Halen, Sabbath, Cooper, Seger and on and on and on..... I gotta give a nod to some amazing pioneers though. Metallica, Eminem and of course Kid Rock and TBT
Movies
Some of my personal favorites are GoodFellas, Swimming with Sharks, All of the Harry Potter films, Hollywood Shuffle, Matrix, Spider-man 1 and 2 "I'm a huge Spider-man fan"! Indiana Jones. Just about any movie with Johnny Depp. Depp kicks ass and always seems to do the eclectic stuff I mean come on anybody that's gonna model a charcter after Keith Richards was just born cool.

Books
Way to many to list here! I'm a constant reader and I probably average a novel a week. There is a song on the new record though that is called The Dark Tower and it's a direct nod to Stephen Kings seven book series of the same title. I believe it's the Lord of the Rings of our generation. "If it do ya".
Heroes
All you have to do is look at my music section for this one. On the street though it's pretty much anybody whose broke but can still afford a smile.

I'm just a singer in a Rock n Roll band! It's all I'v ever been and it's all I'll ever be! I gotta tell ya it ain't the easiest road you could ever choose to travel down but it sure as hell is one of the most interesting! I'v had the opportunity to meet, play and spend time with some of the most amazing people you could ever imagine! "You know who you are," and despite changes in the industry, flavor of the moment music and some age old general negativity, one thing remains consistant and that is, as far as I can tell a lot of these guys are still hangin (in picture and posters)on bedroom walls across the Planet! Rock n Roll dead? Try telling it to Richards,Tyler,Slash,Clapton, Sixx or Guns. "Some of these are my idols others are friends." Or better yet, tell it to any of the other millions of people (myself included) spanning multiple generations that still buy their music and go to their concerts. These guys and many like them provide the soundtracks to our lives. I don't know many people that can remember a world without the Rolling Stones "literally" and while it isn't for everybody this music speaks from the heart to the soul. It ain't pretty but it can be beautiful as well as brutal, truthful and destructive! Most of all it's a release! "Long Live Rock"! ....
