I like movies from time to time but I'm not addicted. Last one I saw was "300"--not blown away by it, but I could enjoy it, and I appreciated its graphic-novel-on-screen effect. Merrill Streep, Harrison Ford, Mel Gibson (in spite of his gaffe), Graham Greene, Judi dench--some of my favourites. I really enjoy parodies and satires--"Shaun of the Dead" is brilliant.Television

About me:
Hello out there. I'm a folkie, singer, player, songwriter, from Yellowknife, NWT. Presently doing some solo work but primarily involved in Ceilidh Friends (4 voices, two couples; traditional and modern folk; instrumental, accompanied, and a cappella) and The Gumboots (3 male voices, songs about the North, accompanied and a capella). Also in the early stages of a jazz trio as bass player. One solo album; two with Ceilidh Friends; guest musician on several albums.
