Bio
Tim Buckley lived a short life, but was one hell of a singer and song-writer. His production varies from contemporary folk to avant-garde chanting. Luckily his memory breathes through his recordings. For more information, see www.timbuckley.com, for example. -

Additionally, Tim did not use or die of heroin. The reports are falsifications and egregious. He assumed the artist to be obligated to "run interference" for the need of the individual innocent, amidst a massively bad mass world. He passed away theoretically in fact, from heart attack amidst the heavy "hard booze" environment. About that fact he was a true Euro-Americus and latin culture, where in Europe their drinking practices are for the health. Nobody in the U.S. actually knows what a Canadian is, a Norwegian, a Dane, or a Russian. But the two eyes as silent as the Black Pine trees, may not have the time to argue.
I met Tim Buckley in '77 in that small club north of Santa Cruz in the redwood road leading to Boulder Creek. A true human being, and true music.
