Hello all! … My name is Vincenzo LoRusso and I am a Grammy nominated Producer / Mixer / Composer based out of Los Angeles, CA. I have been fortunate enough to have a successful and eclectic career doing what I love. No matter what style or final medium it ends up as...Major Label, or Indie...Feature Film, or Television...Big budget or small...if it is an artistic endeavor, I enjoy being part of the team. My work has spanned many musical styles and several areas of expertise. Working as a Producer, Songwriter, Composer and Mixer I have had the pleasure of working with amazing artists such as Deborah Harry, Joan Osborne, Issac Hayes, Edwin McCain, Perry Farrell, Lou Rawls, Tricky, Billy Gibbons and Jonathan Davis. My studio experience has also included work with members of such acts as Cypress Hill, Velvet Revolver, and A System of a Down. I have also done many remixes for artists such as Bob Marley, and Ringo Starr. My work on Jonathan Elias' "American River" (Universal/Decca) was recognized with a Grammy nomination. Along with co-writing one of the last performances by Johnny Cash, I co-produced several tracks, engineered and mixed the album. Recently, I have spent time traveling between New York, London, and Los Angeles in production of the forthcoming "Prayer Cycle II, Path To Zero" release by Jonathan Elias (http://elias-pathtozero.com/). Combining the symphonic and electronic worlds and working with notable contributors that include Sting, Rahat Fateh Ali Kahn, Serj Tankian, Salif Keita, Sinead O'Conner, Alex Ebert and The London Symphony among others, has made this one of the most inspiring projects that I have ever worked on. I have composed, produced and mixed music for many film and television projects that include "A Guide To Recognizing Your Saints", "Pathfinder" and "Fighting". In addition I have worked on countless national television commercials for clients including Nike, Gatorade, Microsoft, and Lexus. When time permits, I enjoy working with emerging artists from a production/mix perspective.
