    It's now been 5 years of lies and atrocities in Iraq. If we wait for the next president, many more soldiers and civilians will be needlessly killed or maimed in the meantime. Please protest to end the occupation NOW, and ask others to do likewise. If someone you know is still undecided, please ask them to watch veterans testify in the WINTER SOLDIER hearings, MARCH 13-16.     Today's The Day! Write/Email/Call Congress!

    I want to thank everyone for the great response to this campaign. Many thousands of you have acted, told friends, printed out flyers and handed them out at events. And now, today is the day for action! Visit www.house.gov and www.senate.gov. Find out how to contact your senators and representatives. Get their mailing addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, -- whatever your preference. Write a letter telling Congress that you demand they impeach Bush and Cheney. You can download a prewritten letter that was so nicely provided by Jake? You can also use the letter in my blog. Send it off to Congress! Then, tell your friends! Remind those who you've already told, and tell a few you haven't yet. And what if you forgot to mail the letter? Well, then do it RIGHT NOW! Better late then never. Thanks again everyone. We are a group of Takoma Park, MD residents who have joined forces to stop the madness that is the Bush Administration before it’s too late. “Conventional wisdom” dictates that we must endure almost two more years of warfare, deception and abuse in order to avoid “rocking the boat.” We value instead Unconventional Wisdom.
