Neville Kendall runs the UK office and Huo Tian Lei runs the China offices (in Beijing and Harbin). This page is devoted to China at the moment. We are just beginning to sell holidays to Brazil in collaboration with Banani Turismo, a well-established tailor-made operator in Rio de Janeiro. We will be adding more information on Brazil soon.
Neville, aged 37, has worked in the travel industry since he graduated from Northumbria University in 1993. As well as running this business he also lectures in travel and tourism at a London university. Originally from Northumberland he has lived in Lyon (France), Cologne (Germany), Glasgow (Scotland) and for the last seven years in London. Neville travelled extensively throughout China when the company was setting up in 2005 and 2006. Huo Tian Lei, aged 30, comes from Harbin, North East China. He studied hotel and tourism management in Singapore, Switzerlannd and the UK. He has six years experience working in operational roles in hotels and restaurants in Switzerland and the UK. He manages our suppliers in China and negotiates with new suppliers. He ha an excellent understanding of UK and the US clients' expectations. He may also act as your guide for your tailor-made tour.
