Oh wow....Its a long story. Well, I was planning on staying up there, but decided to come home to Oregon for college. Do you remember Keri Keller, Maria Sopher(sp?), and Christine Hall? Well Maria had been trying to get me to come visit her ever since her and Keri moved to Homer, AK(fishing town of 3,000). Christine and I were dating (emphasis on were), and Keri is Christine's best friend. Christine and I had both saved for months to go, and then we went this summer. I lived with Christine and Keri for a couple weeks in a tiny 1 bedroom shack 20 miles out of town without running water and an outhouse outside. (There was a family of moose that hung right outside the cabin, it was awesome) Christine and I broke up, and I moved in with Maria and her boyfriend. And I hitchhiked/walked the 8 miles to town/work every day, and worked down at the local fish docks unloading the fish off commercial fishing boats that came in, moving 10,000 pounds of fish an hour by hand, 10-15 hour days. It was an amazing experience, I loved every moment of it. So beautiful right on the bay and off the ocean. Such a simpler life. If it weren't for school, I'd still be there now. So how are you?
