    The trick is to stay focused on what you want to happen and let go of what you do not... cuz if you keep seeing things as they are, convincing yourself that you "have to" because that's reality, then it will always be your reality. want to change? it's as simple as changing the who, what, how, why and when of what you look at and FOCUS on... DAILY :)

    Eraser. Collateral. Vantage Point was cool. I dug Miami Vice the movie. Will they make MVII? Inconvenient Truth was pretty cool and eye-opening. Traitor was ok. I liked the latest Hulk - even though I was never a big Marvel guy. I liked Iron Man too but sucks how they took T. Howard off it! Hancock - there should be MORE super-brothers! They yanked the new X-Files movie fast enough! Glad I saw Soul Men. And, Any movie with Sanaa, Vivica, Gabrielle or Regina. OK, or Vanessa. Or Eva. Oh yeah, and Nia! Dang - always LOVED Lauren (Velez) - wish she would make another movie!..

  • Television

    Terminator Sarah Conner Chronicles (I hope they bring it back!), 24, basketball that's pretty much all of my must-see TV. The new Knight Rider started off cool, but I lost interest cuz it got kinda silly. But that Mustang is bangin'! Wish I could watch more Suns games! Why did they ever have to take New York Undercover and Miami Vice off!..
