About me: A&J Tattoo is located at 2008 Cumberland Ave (right next to the Apex Medical Building). We are CERTIFIED and LICENSED by the Board of Health in Middlesboro, Kentucky. If you want a CLEAN and STERILE environment to get your tattoo or body piercing you have found it, our sterilization equipment is tested monthly. No tattoos in the basement, this is a real shop.
The owner of the shop, Al our owner and Piercer is now located in our new sister shop Alchemy Tattoo and Body Piercing in Knoxville, BUT he will be here to pierce and Tattoo on Tuesdays!. Rusty Gordon and B-Rad Wilder are currently tattooing at A&J Tattoo and is available to help you with all of your tattoo needs, from flash to custom work. Also keep a watch out for bulletins posted with specials and other announcements!

If you would like to make an appointment, you must do so in person at the shop and be ready to leave a $40 non- refundable deposit. Walk ins are also welcome but they will be served only when the appointments for the day have been taken care of.
If you wish to come in and get tattooed on a Sunday you must come in before hand and make an appointment. Thank you!
