Music
Pretty much everything, but I don't like much rap or country music.
Some favorites are Meat Loaf(Who I sang backup for once), the Corrs(Lead singer, Andrea Corr was very nice to me when I was going through some tough times), Bif Naked, Bowling for Soup, Journey, Pink, Saving Jane, etc.
And I have a deep nostalgic love for 80's music (and even some 70's stuff).
The top 40 stuff from the 80's just had so much more diversity and originality in it.
Movies
I've got well over 1000 films on DVD. Don't even get me started...
Television
I don't watch that much actual TV nowadays. I watch American Idol (yes, it's sad), The Shield, Rescue Me, Heroes, Dexter and Smallville, with an occasional 'Family Guy' thrown in for good measure.
Right now, I've been on a kick for watching older TV shows on DVD, and doing so has spoiled me to the point where I have no desire to sit through commercial breaks.
Former all time faves include Firefly, Buffy, Angel, Nowhere Man, Star Trek DS9, Xena, Hercules, and Highlander.
Oh, and after much urging from friends, I finally picked up 24, Lost and the new Battlestar Galactica on DVD, and I'm totally hooked on them.
Books
I'm actually more of a comics and magazines type of guy. They take up most of the free time I have to put towards reading.
Yes, I have read the Harry Potter books, but, usually when I get a 'real' book, it's usually something non-fiction about one of my interests.
Heroes
Probably no one you or I have ever heard of....
The soldiers, the police, and the firemen who willingly put themselves in harms way to help others.
About me: Flying away on a wing and a prayer...

Create Your Own!
First, we have both episodes of Haunted Icon. Viral marketing for Haunted Overload in NH. It stars some friends of mine, and I helped come up with several of the gags. (I'm even in the credits. YAY!)
Then, we have my friend Cat's new video (starring ME),an amazing dancing fool, the truly awesome 'Night After Night' by Lenny and the Squigtones, (Michael McKean pre-Spinal Tap),one of the greatest comedy skits of all time. Everybody over 30 knows this, everybody under 30 should know it...And last but not least, possibly the greatest theme song in the history of television.

I posted a new blog on the SFX website, and was wondering if you could give it a read, and maybe post a comment on the blog page for me - your thoughts about my blog, and about aliens - would love the feedback! :) You don't have to register to leave a comment on the SFX page. Here's my new blog:
Could you do me the biggest most supernova favour in the history of the universe? Could you read my first blog on the SFX magazine website? I'm their new reader-blogger, and I would love to know what you think of my writing, and get your opinion on how heroines in sci-fi should be represented, and who your favourite sci-fi heroine is. :) I would love to read your opinion in the blog comment section here:
It would mean so so so much to me. I'm a little nervous because it's the first time I've been published, and I need everyone's opinion and support. Even if you find you loathe my style of writing, I would love to hear it. I like constructive criticism.
