MyGen Profile Generator Navaho were first formed March 2007 & after two weeks of rehearsing together they entered battle of the bands at Britannia Stadium & won. This encouraged the band to carry on writing and performing. After the battle of the bands a wave of requests to play local pubs came in, Our first gig was 'The Black Friar' in newcastle, this gig then lead on to another request and so it began. Now in 2008, Navaho have a new line up with an array of new songs on the way and have booked dates to record their new stuff at Prism studios. Keep an eye out, 2008 is going to be a big year for the lads!

NINTH CIRCLE Premiers 'Frontman' On Radio; Issue Report From NAMM

It was a very busy weekend for members of Los Angeles-based power metallers NINTH CIRCLE, as Dennis Brown (guitar / vocals) and Frank Forray (bass) were both at NAMM as guests of Furman and Dynacorp on Saturday.
Also over the weekend, Ninth Circle saw the radio premier of 'Frontman', the opening track off their new cd The Power Of One, on Northern Ireland radio Fuse FM 106.2.
This was followed up by the simultaneous world-wide premier of 'Frontman' on internet radio courtesy of Power House Mix Radio.com and Galactic World Radio.com.
As Dennis mentioned, “the NAMM show was a good time as usual. I must say that running into Nicko McBrain before even going in the doors was really a treat. I got a little caught up at the Ibanez booth. Man... they have some slick guitars coming out. I need my upgrade!!! "
Continuing on, Frank says, “On Saturday, our friends at Fuse Fm 106.2 in Northern Ireland really did a terrific job with the premier of Frontman. We’ve worked really hard on this record and to have Fuse Fm 106.2 premier it was great! Plus the Ninth Circle swag that was given away to listeners was a wonderful bonus!”
"Yeah, it is great to finally have new product out there for everyone to hear. The feedback we have received has been very positive and more importantly we are getting support from little pockets here and there that we may have not have thought of before! Vacuum packed we were the last year trying to get this out. Now it's out so just gotta promote and have a great time doing it! Man...who would have thought that our premier would be in Northern Ireland?... that really pumped us up”, said Dennis.
“And not to be outdone, our friends stateside at Power House Mix.com and Galactic World Radio.com premiered Frontman world-wide on Sunday morning. Dennis and I had been out all day Saturday partying at NAMM and we were up early on Sunday morning chatting with fans online during the premier of Frontman. We got a lot of terrific feedback from fans. So I guess you could say that our weekend was really about the fans of Ninth Circle!”, added Frank.

She is a global phenomenon: the one and only true “Metal Queen”; Doro Pesch! No other female voice in the traditional Hard Rock and Heavy Metal scenes has been around as consistently or with as creative an output as Doro. If you travel right back to the stormy beginnings of her original band Warlock in 1982 or follow her exceptional solo career, she’s always tried to deliver the goods with something special, giving the fans something memorable at every turn. Heartfelt passion was always her engine. An honesty and respect towards music press and fans alike and a strong united line up, the benchmarks that increased the already iconic status this “girl from Düsseldorf” has had throughout her impressive career and retains to this day.
But her mission is not yet accomplished. In December 2008, The Metal Queen came home to celebrate “25 Years” in the business, with the huge ISS Dome in Düsseldorf the centrepiece and 8,000 fans present at the biggest birthday party of the year…. Doro was joined on stage by the Scorpions, Leaves Eyes, Arch Enemy and even Tarja (ex Nightwish) with whom she sang the wonderful “Walking With The Angels” that night and in a three hour performance gave one of the most memorable shows of her life, but as the last few flecks of Xmas drift over the horizon into January, the ISS Dome is silent and the fans are preparing themselves for “Fear No Evil” the brand new studio album you have access to today, and which has been the day to day occupation for the single-minded and deeply devoted line up of Joe Taylor (g), Nick Douglas (b), Johnny Dee (d) and Oliver Palotai (Kbd), (the rock behind Doro’s huge international success for several years now), since early last year.
And what an album! With tracks breathing of a similar spirit as legendary classics like “All We Are” or “Burning The Witches”, “Fear No Evil” is a darker Doro album in some ways…. “The Night Of The Warlock” setting the scene for a haunting and stirring album full of emotion and passionate subject matter such as “Long Lost For Love” and the wonderful German lyric of “Herzblut”, but songs such as “Caught In A Battle” and the afore-named “Walking….” recorded here once again with Tarja, set the scene for an album that will not only stir the heart and get the fans singing along in the live arena for years to come, but that will also stay as part of the catalogue for many a year too….
