Maverick Magazine....November 2008....Gypsy Rendezvous Review....
Singer/songwriter Brent Moyer has been around for what it seems like years. I think I first came across his name on a Joe Sun album many moons ago. He's since had his songs cut by Gary Allan, and starred in the Broadway musical Ring of Fire. On this latest album he pulls together some of his finest songs and encompasses modern country, tex mex, boogie and just fine music. Joe Sun joins him on the co-written "Used To Be", the delightful Lana Brown adds sweet vocals to "Trouble With Love" and you'll hear Beth Malone in the stunning rendition of "Ring of Fire". There's also a couple of instrumentals "Kiki Riki" and "Gypsy Rendezvous" with the Broadway Ring of Fire band being in top form....
