    "Playing piano & guitar, Jan Spillane is an energetic, true southern troubadour from Savannah, GA who has honed a trademark blend of folk, jazzy/blues, soulful, country-influenced pop called "The Key of Jan"." Since versatility is what Spillane is all about, she fits nicely into the Americana genre. "Vocally, she literally sounds like no one else," "and her desire to bend and warp established genres is what makes her a wonderful songwriter." Jan has numerous recordings along with four albums, one single, and another album, "Blue Canvas" which is expected to be released in Spring of 2012. Jan performs solo, as a duo or with her band, Jan Spillane & Friends.
