• The Florida athletic program has won a total of 22 national team titles (including two AIAW titles). Since April of 2006, UF’s collected four national titles – 2006 & 2007 NCAA men’s basketball and 2006 & 2008 BCS Championship.

• Twelve Gator athletic teams placed among the nations top-10 in 2007-2008, matching the school-record for top-10 finishes.

• In 2007-08, Florida was sixth in the NACDA all-sports rankings. Florida and UCLA are the only schools in the nation to finish in the top 10 in national all-sports rankings every year since 1983-84, a span of 25 years.

• Florida ranks third among all Division I programs in total points accumulated in the 15-year history of the NACDA Directors' Cup. During that time, nine Florida teams turned in the maximum 100 points for a national championship.

• UF student-athletes have earned a total of 70 Academic All-America honors since 1992, including four in 2007-08.

• A total of 187 Gator student-athletes earned a spot on the Southeastern Conference Academic Honor Roll in 2007-08. UF is the only SEC school to place 100 or more student-athletes on the Academic Honor Roll each of the last 11 years.
