Slight observation shows that 1Life’s Varquis and Dris are trend setters in every aspect. These Hip Hop fiends are truly fans of the genre, using their art as a therapeutic outlet. Brutal honesty is the tool they use to express the pains they’ve endured while ascending from the bottom to the top of our societal food chain. Despite dedicating much material to introspective views, they manage to attend to their most adored fanbase…the ladies. Again, these artists are trend setters, often going against the grain or venturing into unexplored territories. So even when speaking to the female demographic they take an original approach. Instead of penning the typical “female songs,” begging for the female’s attention, they often encourage females to be assertive enough to step to them. Despite their approach, they consistently show how much they sincerely adore a true lady. Varquis and Dris are truly a beacon of hope for the Hip Hop genre. Witty lyricism blended with intricate delivery and unparallel concept development produces the timeless music which is their current catalog. The music manufactured by 1Life serves as an emancipator, freeing their audience from the shackles of lyrical retardation. They’ve accomplished bringing the music and vision to fruition due to the launch of their organization in 2005. The 1Life Entertainment Group is a national movement that emphasizes the preciousness of life, and that through togetherness we can all achieve greatness and reap its benefits. The company currently host parties and promotes concerts. They are also in the infant stages of merchandise development and most importantly distributing music to the masses.
