A: Before asking to get a layout build you should always have a clear understanding of what content you want. Also you should have high quality images of yourself, products or main subject of the site.

Q: When its done can I change stuff on the page?
A: You can always change everything if you know what you're doing. Something would be easier it all depends on the complexity of the layout. Some things only an experienced programmer might be able to change.
