1 On 1 Fitness is exactly what the name says. We specialize in 1 on 1 fitness. The Client and the Personal Trainer. The Client is always First and there are definitely never any interruptions. You come first and you always have our undivided attention. Most Gyms are always crowded. Equipment is being used when you need it and waiting interrupts your routine. Our facility is equipped with all the needed equipment for core strength, cardiovascular training, strength training, MMA and boxing. We specialize in endurance training, bands, Swiss balls, Kettlebells bell training, medicine ball training, combat circuit training and plyometrics. 1On 1 also travels and will come to you. We also train our clients outdoors. We strive to make the client feel comfortable and at ease. We make it affordable, by eliminating the middle man. At most places you pay a fortune. At 1 On 1 Fitness, you pay a reasonable amount.

About me:
I am a certified personal Trainer and Nutrition Consultant with AAA/ISMA, with experience and knowledge in weight training. I want to give my clients the satisfaction of getting the best possible workout during their training session. I take great and personal interest in helping my clients realize their fitness goals and obtaining life long results by teaching them to become independent in their fitness programs.
I have been involved in athletics my whole life. I have a athletic back ground in boxing, MMA, Kajukenbo, Hakkarajujitsu, wrestling, football and power lifting. My Father was a two time NM State boxing champion, golden gloves champion and Olympic trials member. So since the day I was born, I grew up boxing, as you can tell by the name. In 2002 I joined the Natural Athletic Strength Association, a drug free power lifting organization, in which I won several championships and awards. In 2004 I began a new career in MMA. And have won several award and metals in that sport.
