    I'm interested in the correlation between low thyroid disorderes and children with autism.

    I also love music. I play the piano and viola. I'm an accomplished painter. I prefer water colors. It suits my carefree spirit. I also love jumping the ATV. I mostly like riding on trails we made at home. I have 28 acres to ride on at home.

    I love being a mommy to all three of my kids. I enjoy spending time with my family. I'm thrilled to finally have a little girl too. I'm a bit of a home-body.

    I also enjoy riding horses and when I was younger I use to race long distance endurance ride-n-tie races. But that was decades ago. LOL

    I like everything country, especially, Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood and Jessica Andrews. I also like most soft rock from any time period.

    My favorite movie is MAMA MIA!!! I watched it with my Mom and baby girl the first time. Then I watched it again. :)

    I also like movies about the strugle of human frailty and celebration of the human spirt. About imperfect people that are bound by their past and weakeness that shape thier lives. Here are some: Titanic, The human Stain, Legends of The Fall, The Others, Frances, Almost Famous, Million Dollar Baby, A Beatiful Mind, Revenge, Traffic, Gone with the Wind, Elizabeth, The Color Purple, Cold Creek Mountain, Revenge... ..

  • Television

    I don't watch much TV. But I do seem to be watching a lot of "Sesame Street, " "Winnie the Pooh, " "Leap Frog, " and "Dora the Explorer." My little girl likes them. I do like watching Desperate Housewives. I'm probaly the most like Susan.

  • Books

    Well, lately I've been reading a lot of Dr Zuess story books. Cat in the Hat, Fox in Socks, Are you my Mom, Bears on Wheels.... We also re-read "Where the Wild Things Are" and "If I Had Duck Feet" and Pooh's Heffalump- Just Like Me."

    It's hard to find a book I haven't read. Yes, I'm a bit of a book worm too, but it helped get me through college. So being a book worm can't be all bad. LOL

Je m'appelle Lorraine and Je suis country la jeune fille un aroba le coeur. Je l'amour la musique et danser. I'm multi-lingul. I've raced horses and I ride, ATV's and jet-skis. I also know how to skydive. I have some other unusual talents and experiences too. I'm pretty bien at brightening other peoples day, even when I can't brighten my own. That's probaly what makes me such a good Mom. I'm a single Mom & have been most of my life. After my 2nd son was born with disabilities, I graduated from college, so I could be a better provider & advocate for him. Being the parent of a child with autism has been both an awesome and humbling experience. I worked for the state for many years as a case worker and I issued adminstrative orders for the state. But, I never confused what I did for a living with who I am. I've always considered being a Mom to be the most important work that I do. :)

I have three kids. Justin-21yrs, Zachary-17yrs , and Baby Jenny 2 years. I'm proud of each of them.

* Justin is in college, and wants to be a history college professor. He knows all kinds of historical information on almost any topic in any time period. He's amamzing.

* Zachary is a Junior this year at Clatskanie Highschool. He loves playing the french horn & riding his ATV. We have videos and pictures of him riding his ATV and playing his french horn. Although he struggles with autism, he goes out of his way to help others. I admire him and love him bunches.

*Baby Jenny is now 2 years old. After spending a good portion of my pregnancy on bed-rest, she turned out healthy. She was an unexpected blessing when I was 40 years old. She laughs, smiles, and is learning new words daily. Her first word was Mom, then Zach, up-mom, NO!, cat, dog, bottle, blanket, uh-oh, play, good girl, pretty, cup, & much more. She is learning new baby dance moves, which is very cute. She loves music and dances to everything. She's my tiny dancer. She also has a little ATV that she likes to ride. Yes, she has a video & pictures too. She looks just like I did at her age. She has my smile, my curly hair, my blue eyes, my skin that tans, and she loves doing the things I do. I'm just so lucky to have her!!!

[No, I'm not 30 forever (thirty4ever) It's obvious nobody is 30 forever. lol]
