We play 100% live music (no backing tapes/cd's or pre-recorded keyboards) and the songs run fluently into one another, often for 20 minutes without stopping (prevents those men who don't like dancing who wait for the end of a song to make their excuses from sitting down!) :o) .. With a song list of over 100 and growing, you can have dances from quicksteps to heavy rock, or from a waltz to pop - From 1950's to the 2000's .... ....Bride and Groom ....- we always discuss with you, long before your wedding, the type of music you want. Our professionalism and attitude towards our clients is second to none and as a result a large percentage of our bookings are from referrals... Based in Devon, but we will travel further as required. .... We also provide music during any intervals, which can be our own cd's or you can provide your own compilations to play. .. We have our own high quality compact, full-range 2kW PA system and lighting rig which can cope with room capacities of 250 or more but also we can fit into rooms of 75 people or less (please always speak with us regarding playing area & position at your chosen venue). With two seasoned professional sound engineers/producers in the band the sound is naturally excellent with great clarity yet not too loud... Remember we are covered by a full public liability insurance policy and our equipment is regularly PAT tested as required by law. .... ..91.3% of THE DEMO SONGS .. WERE RECORDED LIVE IN A STUDIO - IN ONE TAKE ... meaning there are no overdubs, no extra instruments, no special effects and there's even a couple of 'deliberate' mistakes left in - see if you can spot them ! These songs are mainly shortened versions just to to give you a taster and to save you time. ...... If you want to see us perform .. before you book us, do give us a ring. Most of our engagements are 'Private' functions, but we always try to play at least one public performance every few months to give you the chance to come and see us first, before making your choice.
